How about pancakes on Sunday morning? YES PLEASE!
This is my favorite recipe for pancakes. They are tasty, healthy and low-calorie. An ideal breakfast for me when I'm in the fitness mode.
If I prepare them after my morning workout, I add two more egg whites and 15 grams of whey chocolate protein.
What You’ll Need:
½ cup of oatmeal, large, raw
2 bananas
2 whole eggs
2 pinch cinnamon
½ teaspoon of cocoa powder (I prefer bio raw cocoa)
1 tablespoon of raisins
A little butter to pour the pan
Honey and strawberries for garnishing
1. Put the oat nuts in a blender and mix for a few seconds;
2. Add the remaining products and mix again for a few seconds;
3. Preheat a non-stick coating pan with a butter and roast the small pancakes;
4. Serve with strawberries and honey.
When I'm in the mood, I prepare Strawberry Milk for these pancakes.
What You’ll Need:
1 cup of fresh strawberries
1 cup of cold milk
1 tsp honey
Blend all ingredients and serve.
Enjoy delicious Pancakes, served with Strawberry Milk! And then make one coffee and check out MONNKA's new suggestions!
