We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return through our self-serve returns system.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please submit your request through our returns system or contact us at monnka@abv.bg. Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. In some cases, a return shipping label may be provided.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, personal care items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges are not processed directly. To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order after your return is approved.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason, provided the item meets the return conditions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
